We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing. Payment must be completed at checkout using one of our approved payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
5. Bundle Discounts & Promotional Offers
Effort Activewear offers promotional pricing, including volume-based discounts, Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers, and limited-time promotions. Discounts are calculated based on the total number of items in your cart at checkout.
If items from a discounted order are returned, the discount may be recalculated based on the remaining items and the refund will reflect the adjusted pricing.
For Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotions, both the paid and free item must be returned to receive a full refund. It is not permitted to return the paid item and keep the free item. Partial returns may result in recalculated pricing.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or adjust refunds if promotional misuse is detected.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud, cancel orders due to pricing errors, and refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@effortactivewear.com. Since orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and orders placed before 22:00 CET (Central European Time, UTC+1) are often processed the same day, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 22:00 CET (Central European Time, UTC+1) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days depending on your location.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes where applicable.

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Returns are completely free of charge.
To start a return, please submit a return request through our returns page before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with applicable consumer law.
