Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin preparing your items for shipment. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 22:00 CET (Central European Time, UTC+1) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your package, the courier may leave a note with re-delivery or pick-up instructions. If no successful delivery attempt is made, your package may be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
